These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ayat Wallpaper Status Ringtone mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Narvis Technologies LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Narvis", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App, and you need a parent's or guardian's permission to subscribe if you are under 18. You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity under it.
2. The service
The App offers Islamic wallpapers and live wallpapers, personalised status videos and images, ringtones and adhan sounds, prayer times and adhan alarms, the Qibla direction, a Hijri calendar, the Quran with translation and recitation, a Tasbih counter, duas, hadith, the 99 Names, Ramadan and Zakat tools, home-screen widgets and live Haramain streams. Some features are available only on Android. We may add, change or remove features and content over time.
3. Subscription and billing
Some content and features, including the Quran, Tasbih and premium wallpapers, statuses and ringtones, need a Premium subscription. Premium starts with a free trial where one is offered. The price, currency, billing period and trial length are shown on the subscription screen before you confirm, and are charged in your local currency where available. Payments are processed by Stripe using your card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you do not cancel during the free trial, the first charge is taken when the trial ends. You can cancel at any time in the App under Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.
4. Personal use of content
Wallpapers, status templates, ringtones, recitations and other content in the App are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices, including sharing a status you created to your own social media and messaging accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload to other apps or stock libraries, or use them in advertising or commercial products without our written permission. Some content belongs to third parties and is used under licence.
5. Photos and names you upload
When you add a photo or name to a status, you confirm that it is you, or that you have the right and the person's permission to use it. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us a limited licence to process, store and render it only to create and deliver the status you asked for. Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, sexual, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Religious content disclaimer
We take care with religious content, but the App is a tool and not a religious authority.
- Quran text and translations. The Arabic text is bundled in the App. Translations are provided by their named translators (for example Saheeh International) and are loaded from alquran.cloud; recitation audio is loaded from everyayah.com. Translations convey meaning and are not the Quran itself.
- Prayer times. Times are calculated astronomically from your approximate location using the calculation method, madhab and high-latitude rule you select (such as Muslim World League, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian, Karachi, ISNA, Dubai or Diyanet). They may differ by a few minutes from your local mosque, and an IP-based location can be wrong if you use a VPN. Check against your local mosque or authority, especially for fasting and Ramadan times.
- Qibla. The compass direction depends on your phone's sensors, which can be affected by metal objects and magnetic interference. Calibrate your phone and verify where it matters.
- Hijri dates. The Hijri calendar is calculated and may differ by a day from moon-sighting announcements in your country.
- Zakat, duas and hadith. Zakat figures are estimates from the amounts you enter. Duas and hadith are provided for reading and reflection. For rulings, consult a qualified scholar.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems, not to get around the subscription checks, and not to use the App to mock or misuse religious content or to infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its software, design, branding and our original content are owned by Narvis Technologies LLC FZ and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in them except the limited right to use the App as described. See our Copyright Policy to report content you believe infringes your rights.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that alarms and notifications will always fire (the operating system may delay or block them), or that third-party streams and content will always be available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narvis Technologies LLC FZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. When access ends, your right to use the App ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
