This Privacy Policy explains how Narvis Technologies LLC FZ ("Narvis", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Ayat Wallpaper Status Ringtone mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
The App is published by Narvis Technologies LLC FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@narvistech.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. You sign in with Google (Android) or Apple (iOS) through Firebase Authentication. We receive your name, email address and profile photo (Apple may give us a private relay email instead of your real one, and no photo).
- Status photo, name and gender. If you personalise a status, the App sends the name you choose and the photo you pick from your gallery or take with your camera to our servers. Our servers cut the background out of the photo and render it, with your name, onto the video or image template. For AI status templates you also choose male or female so the scene matches. The cut-out photo and the finished status are stored as media files on Cloudflare R2. Background removal and AI rendering run on our own servers, not on a third-party AI service.
- Approximate location. Prayer times and the Qibla direction need to know roughly where you are. The App does not use GPS and does not ask for the device location permission. Instead it looks up your approximate city from your IP address using BigDataCloud. If you pick a city yourself, the name you type is sent to Open-Meteo's geocoding service to find it. The resulting city and coordinates are kept on your device; we do not store them on our servers.
- Usage in the App. Wallpapers you favourite, apply or download, status templates you render or share, and ringtones you apply, so we can keep your favourites and rank content.
- Subscription and payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and Google Pay / Apple Pay credentials go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. We store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status (trialing, active, cancelled), plan, billing period and the brand and last four digits of saved cards as shown by Stripe.
- Device and technical data. A push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), app version, device model, operating system version, language and basic diagnostics.
- Analytics and attribution. Screen views and in-app events (for example installs, sign-ups, trial starts and purchases) through Firebase Analytics, PostHog and the Meta (Facebook) App Events SDK, and on Android the Google Play install referrer, so we know which campaign led to an install. On iOS, Meta measurement uses the advertising identifier only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Support conversations. If you open "Chat with us", the chat runs on Crisp. We pass your name and email so we can find your account, and Crisp stores the messages you send.
3. Device permissions
- Notifications – prayer-time reminders, adhan alerts and occasional updates. You can turn them off in the App or in system settings.
- Alarms & reminders (Android exact alarms) – requested only when you switch on an adhan alarm, so it sounds at the exact prayer time. The App also re-schedules alarms after your phone restarts.
- Photos and camera – only when you choose a picture for a status or save a wallpaper or status to your gallery. We only receive the single photo you select.
- Set wallpaper and modify system settings (Android) – to apply wallpapers, live wallpapers and daily rotation, and to set a ringtone, notification or alarm sound when you ask.
- Compass sensor – to point the Qibla direction. Sensor readings stay on your device.
- Accounts on device (Android) – used by Google sign-in to list the Google accounts on the phone. We do not read your contacts.
The App does not request the location, contacts, microphone or call-log permissions.
4. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep your premium access in sync;
- To render personalised status videos and images you request;
- To calculate prayer times, schedule adhan alarms and show the Qibla;
- To process your free trial, subscription and payments;
- To send notifications you have enabled;
- To answer support requests;
- To measure which features and campaigns work, prevent abuse and improve the App.
5. Service providers we share data with
- Google Firebase – sign-in (Authentication), push notifications (Cloud Messaging), Remote Config and Analytics.
- Apple – Sign in with Apple and Apple Pay on iOS.
- Stripe – subscription billing, cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

6. Data storage and security
Your account data is stored on our servers behind the NarvisApps API (api.narvistech.com), and media files on Cloudflare R2. All traffic uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. 10. International transfers
We and our service providers process data in the UAE, the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where data leaves your country, we rely on our providers' contractual and technical safeguards to protect it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, tell you in the App.
