Narvis Technologies LLC FZ respects the intellectual property of artists, calligraphers, reciters and other creators. This page explains who owns the content in the Ayat Wallpaper Status Ringtone app and how to report material you believe infringes your rights.
1. Our content
The App's software, name, logo, design and original wallpapers, status templates and ringtones are owned by Narvis Technologies LLC FZ or used under licence. Content in the App is licensed to users for personal, non-commercial use only, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
2. Third-party content
Some wallpapers, artwork, audio and recitations come from third parties under licence or from sources we believe allow such use. Quran translations are credited to their translators. Live Haramain streams are played from their public broadcasters and are not hosted by us.
3. Reporting infringement
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@narvistech.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email;
- A description of the work you say is infringed, and proof that you own it or act for the owner;
- Where the material appears in the App: the section (Wallpapers, Status or Ringtones) and a screenshot, so we can find it;
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review complete notices and, where valid, remove or disable the material, usually within a few business days. Incomplete notices may delay the review.
4. Counter-notice
If content you provided, such as a photo you uploaded, was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with your contact details, the material removed, and a statement in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may restore it unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
5. Repeat infringers
We may end the accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing material.
