This policy covers Premium subscriptions to the Ayat Wallpaper Status Ringtone app, sold by Narvis Technologies LLC FZ and billed through Stripe.
1. Subscription and free trial
Premium is a recurring subscription. Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. The price is shown in your local currency on the subscription screen before you confirm, together with the billing period and the date of the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
2. Automatic renewal
Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the card, Google Pay or Apple Pay method you used is charged by Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in the App under Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period. You keep Premium access until then, and it will not renew. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. Deleting your account does: it cancels the Stripe subscription immediately, so Premium ends at once.
4. Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not give pro-rated refunds for part of a billing period. We never charge for periods after you cancel.
5. Exceptions
We may refund at our discretion, for example for a duplicate charge, a proven technical billing error, a renewal you could not cancel because of a fault on our side, or where a refund is required by the law of your country. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@narvistech.com with the email address of your Ayat account, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason. A screenshot of the receipt or bank statement line helps. We reply within a few business days.
